Submit a CTR (Cash Transaction Report) to the STRO (Suspicious Transaction Reporting Office) for cash transactions over S$20,000. Apply for an account on the SONAR (STRO Online Notices & Reporting platform) to electronically file your CTR. By electronically filing via SONAR, the CTR would be transmitted to ACD.
